George Strait is among the country stars readied to play the 2021 Austin City Limits Music Festival in October. The C And W Hall of Famer will headline one evening of the six-night ACL Fest.
The everyday timetable has not yet been introduced, so like all artists on the poster, Strait is just listed as Oct. 1-3 and Oct. 8-10, the dates for the 2021 fest. Jon Pardi, Tanya Tucker, Cam as well as Asleep at the Wheel are four more nation musicians set for the real-time, in-person festival at Zilker Park in Austin, Texas. The other headliners are Billie Eilish, Stevie Nicks, Miley Cyrus, Rufus Du Sol and DaBaby and Erykah Badu.
Per the Austin American-Statesman, this will certainly be the first time Strait has ever before played ACL Feast. It's a brand-new date on his slowly expanding scenic tour schedule for late 2021.
Earlier today, Strait revealed he would certainly be playing the 2022 Rodeo Houston which he would certainly return to Las Vegas for a set of shows in August. A concert at University of Notre Dame was canceled, yet he's readied to play UNITED STATE Bank Arena in Minneapolis in November.
Austin City Limits Music Festival is not a country-only festival, but organizers have invited a handful of country artists each year. The fest started as a one-weekend festival in 2002 yet relocated to 2 weekend breaks for 2013. Last year ACL Feast was terminated as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Tickets for the 2021 festival took place sale at 12PM CT on Thursday at the fest's internet site. Only three-day tickets for each weekend are offered quickly. Solitary day tickets take place sale when the day-to-day routine is disclosed.
